The Summer of 2010 Bucket List

THE RULES
  • Prepare a draft schedule of age-appropriate activities and adventures for a 5- and 3-year old four days a week, every week, for the entire summer, subject to weather, changes in attitude, or any number of other unforeseen circumstances. A working schedule will be the key to the success of my venture. I know that if I don’t have it and opt instead for uncharacteristic spontaneity, I will crumble by the first week of summer vacation.
  • Tie in relevant books and movies to our regular expeditions
  • Create a hard copy scrapbook of our summer, complete with photos, ticket stubs, postcards, and true-to-life 5- and 3-year old crayoned renditions
  • Record our adventures electronically in a blog
